Testing, Testing...Testing...

Hi Everyone, so we are one step closer to releasing the mod, I will be spending the weekend polishing, then a week or two doing my own testing before I start handing over the Mod to others interested in beta testing.

Anyone interested please email me so I can email you the mod in the next few weeks. I imagine testing will take at least a month or so to make sure features are working properly and I feel confident enough to post a public version.

Those interested in testing should enjoy playing Mount and Blade (obviously), be willing to spend time playing the mod and send me notes and reports on bugs, glitches or general polishing suggestions.

Our goal is to have the first public version out to you just before December 24th.

Lots of love,

Lady Ashwood.

Long Review Time. I did not feel like editing

*BTW I have about 1000 hrs playing M&B Warband with other mods because I set a really dumb challenge for myself where I can become King and keep a keep for at least 100 days, but I also set restrictions for myself, which make it harder such as... playing with full damage against yourself and your allies or I cannot become unconscious during any battle or I will consider that a "death" for myself. So, I have a better opinion of what "feels too strong" and what "feels too weak" and what is "just not right" I also have no experience being king because I actually keep dying before I complete this challenge.

Chapter One (The Good)

1. The starting setting is very engaging, the screams from the slaves, the want for their master's return, the burning carriage, it was just extremely appealing to the eye and I greatly enjoyed it. I didn't die there too so it wasn't to survive like Game of Thrones start was with 20 different westerlands you have to kill (not have to but to complete my challenge you can't die to them either), and it wasn't too easy like native warband with just one guy charging you, so that was a nice refresher to start this mod off with.

2. Its big with many Lords, that's always a, major +.

3. They can die, but not only that there sons can take their place, major (I've only played about 2hrs of this mod so I don't really know those features too well, but I'm sure it works fine).

4. There isn't a retarded relation killer for everyone in the game for killing someone, major +. (I'm just assuming their isn't I haven't played enough to actually know that for sure)

5. Arrows don't one shot, major +.

6. Small band looters at start and I good size of bandit parties throughout the game, major +

7. The landscape doesn't mislead you when you're traveling, +. If you've played Empire IV you will know what I'm talking about.

8. There's no retarded units I've encountered that are just simple retarded, major +. (at least not yet). If you've played Empire IV and saw the huge bandit drakes you will know what I'm talking about... Seriously that feeling when you're on your horse and just swinging you're sword and you think in your head "this is retarded."

9. Good Viking atmosphere, major +.

10. Females look screwable, that's always good, major +. I seriously can't play one mod because all females look the same. I can do most to all unattractive, but the exact really annoys me.

11. I like the name Lady Ashwood +

12. Expensive Mercenaries +

13. In tournaments weapons are wooden, which adds to the "this is a tournament atmosphere" +

14. You can actually win these tournaments +

15. You can request for travelers to spread rumors for a chance of two lords disputing against each other. I like the new and interesting features.

16. One extremely major + is sieges. (I actually haven't did a siege yet so I'm assuming they're like Brytenwalda) If you've played the clash of kings mod you will eventually find out that archers are retardedly too strong. I had a party of 100 defending a castle against 600 men, and I won. No. You DO NOT WIN THAT. YOU DO NOT WIN THAT. I decided to just auto battle those castle sieges because they've been really ******* ****** since native and no one really wants to improve it, but brytenwalda changed sieges in general and made the concept of sieging actually fun except just one ladder and charge. ******* stupid.
