The Kingdoms Project will in all probability be using a very interesting law enforcement system. You will be able to steal items from the towns, but if you are caught, you should high tail it out of that town for a few days. This little feature is being developed currently, but you should definitely see it in the final release. Also, keep an eye out for a thieve's guild... :devious:
