Hello everyone!
As mentioned before, different versions of the game (addons, languages, patches) have different versions of the simEngine.dll. So, there is no option for any dowloads. Previously loaded files of simEngine.dll were archived as they caused more problems then help. But I have added a new tutorial and now you are able to make mod by yourself if you need.
Still, some problems are possible, so don't forget to make a backup file!
