Hello everyone! For this beta I took my time to refine AI to remove some bugs and make suspects more respectful of minimum time to react. I also add few things I had in mind like the Custom Skins for SP and the possibility to put arrested on floor. I created a new campaign mode ( FR specific ) with no unlocks but with all FR modded weapons from the start.

ADDED:
WEAPONS:
- M16A2 with Surefire M500 weaponlight
GAMEPLAY:
- Restrained On Floor:
- after reporting you can put anyone to floor by simply interacting again with the restrained.
- First Responders Campaign mode :
- no unlocks
- only FR weapons
- no optiwand :P
- Damage values reworked for penetrating ammos.
- more base damage so FMJ/AP are more efficient against armored targets
- Shields can now "low ready"
GUI:
- Added selectable Custom Skins for Single Player mode.
AI:
- fixed instances of AI shooting from impossible rotations
- minimum time to shoot is now respected
FIXED:
- Weapon image not loading on Loadout GUI on some campaign conditions
- improved animation manager

Might wanna rename some of the title for the posts to 0.67 beta 3. You wrote it as 0.66 haha kinda confused me at first but I'm glad to see a new update for this mod!
