I have got plans on next version (4.1):
- Ship Trader can be built on planet Kuat
- Ship Refitter can't be build on planet Kuat
- Add Fortressa for Rebel Alliance as heroship
- Add Star Galleon-class Frigate for Black Sun
- Remove Lucrehulk and Inpedence from Skirmish
- Add some units for skirmish
- Add units for Minor Factions (Hutts, Hapes Consortium and Corporate Sector Authority)
Also I have seen potential bugs (including interdict Remake Units for AI Player). The 4.1 I plan releasing in 29th November 2020. The version probably is last version before Awakening of The Rebellion 2.9 (not any remakes), unless will include errors or/and abnormalities.
