In today's update, we will be showing you the goodies that you can obtain by capturing Russian Tier 1 tech with the Recycler.
First off, the Recycler itself can be upgraded with a makeshift Tesla contraption which unlike normal Tesla weaponry will arc over to several enemies after firing.
Second, your Scorpions can be outfitted with explosive reactive armor panels for added protection.
And just like the Scorpion, Marauders can also benefit from this explosive armor which makes them even more dangerous in a direct engagement.

Looks great! One small request though; the GLA should be able to sell off the upgrades from russian/eca/usa/china before using them for a small sum of money. Also, will there be GLA scrap crates like the others?
The GLA leave recycler upgrades as well.

Nope. They said it'll be released at least 3 months later.
It was said that it would be released in 2015, with March as late. But it could (and possibly) be released in January/February.
I tell you, I have never been so excited for any unit as the Recycler.
The other salvage upgrades for standard GLA units (HoverScorps, Napalm Turrists etc...) seem to give some sort of tradeoff (Hovertech reducing armour, napalm load reducing base damage, canister rounds reducing AP potential)
There wasn't any mentions about any tradeoffs here with the reactive armour, does that mean there are no tradeoffs?

Will you include the Havoc helicopter in the next version? At least at a patch update!
The Havoc will be used as the standard attack helicopter for the two Russian generals that won't have the Hellion and the Hind. As such, there is no point in adding it for v1.85, only in v2.0 which will also include the generals.
