Since a couple of day, the project is starting with a new breath.
The new Leader, Eleval, will make everything to complete it. We will keep the same kind of gameplay with maybe some extra things.

You guys should get in touch with the Black Mesa source team, I'm sure they have some resources they may be willing to share, bullsquid, houneyes, and such. Good luck, I can't wait for this.
