Almost 4 years have passed since the publication of the previous news about progress in development of Paradise Lost modification.
During this time, the world has changed a lot. In life many new urgent problems and tasks appeared. So it turned out that all information support stopped.
But do not despair. All this time, mod was developed in the background mode. If I had free time - work continued, if not - there was no development.
Comparing with beta-version it has a lot of changes.
Graphics became more closer to the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. of 2004-year period:
Many old features have appeared. For example, such as:
Artefacts spawn after death monster/npc in anomaly
New bloodsucker stealth-mode
Build-style of intro video
Build-style ragdoll & Bobbing effector
Physics of tissues
Also the game levels were changed a lot. They were replaced with their builds prototypes.
Unfortunately, at the moment, they are not ready for demonstration.
At the moment, the most urgent is the gameplay from level "Sarcophagus":
Still it's hard to CERTAIN the release date because only one person directly develops the mod.

I was playing the Beta 4.3.1 version a week ago, one of the best visual mods ever!
I love some of the Build-Like Features, it really adds a fresher feel to the gameplay!
hope this mod will be released pretty soon :)
Are the bar, rostok, and dark valley maps being replaced by their build 1865 variants or are they being replaced with some of their later variants such as the variants from build 1935?
They might even go for even later versions, such as the build 2205-2232 version of the Dark Valley since the Monolith base exists in those versions and
build 2205-2232-2571 version of the Bar for the small but noticeable differences in the level compared to final version.
At this moment only Sarcophagus and Agroprom have been replaced. We don't grab any build map as is (you will see it in the next video soon, I hope), so it tooks a lot of time to implement a map. But I'm pretty sure it's worth it.
Ah, I see. A bit worried that because of implementing the new maps, it will take a long time for the mod to be released, already 4 years since the first release.
I was kinda hopping for a similar release to the 4.3.1 version, only have the features that the mod has to offer and not the new maps and of course, when those will be implemented, have a full version of the mod.
But yeah, whatever the approach is with the development of the mod, it will be worth it :D
Interesting, edits are to be expected considering that many of the build maps had numerous errors. The bar from 1865 for example has some textures that are severely misplaced(floating in mid air in some cases) and general model errors that cause the outside of the map to be viewed through cracks and crevices. The main idea of my question was to get an idea of what to expect, for example: the mod Oblivion Lost Remake incorporates many of the older maps from the builds(similar to build 1865's maps), Lost Alpha incorporates(and re-imagines) maps from build's like 1935. Though I feel my question will be answered with the agroprom showcase.
That aside, I am quite interested in this mod, and thus I wish you the best of luck with it's development.
