We're back again for another Dev Diary to keep you guys up to date with what's going on with our game. Enjoy!

As a collective, we have advanced in the development of games so much over the years, and we are planning to stay with the flow. Graphics have improved, gameplay has improved; pretty much everything has improved.

Obelisk is obviously being developed in Unity, but that doesn't mean you're going to get a sloppy looking, buggy game. We plan to push Unity as far as possible graphically, while retaining the thought that you'll be able to run the game itself. Now, Obelisk will not be computer intensive, as we plan to optimize it as much as possible, so that it will be able to run on both low-end PC's and high-end PC's smoothly. We want the game to look nice, but not stellar like any triple-A games that have come out recently.

The entire game will take place at night, and we want it to be very dark (what's a horror without darkness, right?).

As of now, development technically hasn't started, but we will get to that as soon as possible. To get a better idea, check out our latest video we posted.

Next week we are going to be talking about the stealth mechanics of the game, so keep your eyes open!
