I'm going to start making these logs to list all the changes made in specific updates. It will be in the same format as the "List of Addons" but only feature units that have been changed and will state what has been changed. This is the changelog for version 1.1.6

UNSC Leader Changes:

Captain Cutter: Can train Jerome - 092 from Spartan Barracks.

Sergeant Forge: Heavy Supply pads now cost 150, Can train Alice - 130 from Spartan Barracks.

Professor Anders: Can train Douglas - 042 from Spartan Barracks.

Captain Born: Can train Amber Team from Barracks.

UNSC Leader Power Changes:

Trasport: Can only transport a total of 3 infantry units and 1 vehicle.

UNSC Building Changes:

Spartan Barracks: Red Team members Jerome , Alice and Douglas can be trained and upgraded in the Spartan Barracks.

Rhino Turret: Slightly reduced attack range.

Firebase: Now cost 300 to build.

Station: Now cost 350 to build or upgrade.

Fortress: Has perimeter fencing to keep out enemies and make it harder for melee units to attack build slots.

Siege Base: Has perimeter fencing to keep out enemies, Defense towers are guarded by Fence gates that can be opened and closed by owner. Reduced health. Now Cost 600 supplies and 2 power.

Covenant Building Changes:

OutPost: Now cost 300 to build.

Keep: Now cost 350 to upgrade.

Citdal: Now comes with two extra turret slots.

New Covenant Techs:

Sword Of The Forerunner: Augments all Plasma based weaponry with Forerunner technology to increase damage. Cost 450 supplies and 2 power.

*Note Sword of the Forerunner and Shield of the Forerunner must be researched first to unlocks techs below.*

Swords Of Sanghelios: All Elite units now reflect damage taken back to their attackers. Cost 950 and 3 power. (Arbiter Only)

Jiralhanae Pride: All Brute units have higher health and do higher damage. Cost 950 and 3 power. (Brute Chieftain Only)

Will Of The Prophets: All non shielded Covenant units now have energy shielding. Cost 950 and 3 power. (Prophet Of Regret Only)

UNSC Unit Changes:

Warthog: Takes up 1 population.

Gauss Warthog: Takes up 2 population.

Elephant: Can now train Born's infantry line if captured by Brave Team members, All turrets can attack desired turret. Now costs 375 supplies and no power.

Cyclops: Is now part vehicle meaning it can be hijacked and takes anti-vehicle damage. Takes up 2 population.

Marine: Marine Commander appearance has been updated.

Marine Demolitionists: Has updated appearance and takes up 2 population.

Spartan: Hijack stats has been nerfed.

Spartan 3: Hijack stats has been nerfed.

Spartan 4: Hijack stats has been nerfed and gets a Railgun as its final upgradeable weapon. (Thank you RealSilmLady for the Halo 4 Railgun model.

ODST: Has updated appearance and now get a Spartan Laser for its Demolitionist upgrade.

(New) Jerome - 092: Leader of red team. Has high stats when in a vehicle. 350 supplies 30 spartan population.

(New) Alice - 130: Member of red team. Has high stats when in a vehicle. 350 supplies 30 spartan population.

(New) Douglas - 042: Member of red team. Has high stats when in a vehicle. 350 supplies 30 spartan population.

MechWarrior: Has updated appearance.

Sergeant Forge: Updated Oathsworn Upgrade.

Professor Anders: Nerfed Repair ability can now only heal mechanical units.

Grizzly: Buffed main cannon and now takes up 3 population.

Rhino: Slightly reduced attack range and takes up 3 population.

Wolverine: Can now attack all units using Missiles but has to attack non air units at range.

Hornet: Can turn easier.

Hawk: Takes up 2 population.

Medical Pelican: Can be healed by normal healing sources. Removed garrasion ability but replaced it with area healing ability can lock down and deploy healing beacons that heal all ally units in the area.

Vulture: Takes up 10 population.

Captain Born’s Units:

Endive: Crashed Warthogs are usable by friendlies and enemies alike.

Marine Commando: Nerfed Sniper rifle damage, uses shotguns on melee enemies. Updated appearance.

ODSJT: Now start off with Rocket launchers and can use Spartan Lasers when fully upgraded. Updated Jetpack appearance.

Spartan 258 Nitro: Now gets higher stats when in Scout Vehicles.

Spartan 257 Onno: Can now get in all vehicles with stats varying. Updated Appearance.

Spartan 259 Ace: Can now get in all vehicles with stats varying. Updated Appearance.

Sergeant Rusk: Removed rocket launcher ability, automatically attacks units using either Assault Rifle or Rocket Launcher. Updated Appearance.

(New) Amber Team: A experienced Marine Commando squad that makes more use of their weapons. 250 supplies (trainable once Combat Shielding is researched.)

Private Becker: Nerfed healing rate.

Mjolnir Scorpion: Updated Appearance.

Rocket Warthog: Takes 1 population.

Pelican Gunship: Updated Appearance.

Rescue Hornet: Can only transport Infantry.

Mjolnir Vulture: Nerfed damage done when crashing info units, Updated appearance takes up 10 population.

Covenant Unit Changes :

Ghost: Can now dodge at base level. (Prophet Only)

Needler Ghost: Can now dodge at base level. (Arbiter Only)

Chopper: Can now attack at base level takes up 2 population. (Brute Chieftain Only)

Suicide Grunt: Can now detonate automatically by sending them near by units. Updated unit appearance takes up 1 population. (Arbiter Only)

Honor Guards: Removed cloak ability. Has shielding that can deflect small arms fire when upgraded. Updated unit appearance. (Prophet Only)

Brute Squad: 2 Brutes now come equipped with Spikers. Updated unit appearance. (Thanks Blackandfun for Spiker model.) (Brute Chieftain Only)

Grunt Squad: When updated Grunt Ultras join the squad. Ultra grunts fire faster and can EMP vehicles. Updated unit appearance.

Elite Zealot: Now come with Plasma Launchers can get Fuel rods as upgrade. Nerfed hijack stat bonuses Updated unit appearance.

Spec Ops Elite Elite Ranger: Are now Elite Rangers. Now come with NeedlerRifles ,can use thruster packs can get Beam Rifles as upgrade. Nerfed hijack stat bonuses Updated unit appearance.

Elite Major: Now come with dual plasma rifles can get Needlers as upgrade. Nerfed hijack stat bonuses Updated unit appearance.

Brute War Chieftain: Now come with Plasma Launchers can get Fuel rods as upgrade. Nerfed hijack stat bonuses Updated unit appearance. (Brute Chieftain Only)

Brute Stalker: Now come with Shotguns, can get Beam Rifles as upgrade. Nerfed hijack stat bonuses, Updated unit appearance. (Brute Chieftain Only)

Brute Major: Nerfed hijack stat bonuses, Updated unit appearance. (Brute Chieftain Only)

Heavy Wraith: takes up 3 population. Updated unit appearance. (Brute Chieftain Only)

Anti-Air Wraith: Now comes with a plasma turret and can use Fuel rod turrets against ground targets at range. Updated Unit appearance.

Locust: Can climb extreme terrain, takes up 2 population.

Banshee: When updated Fuel Rod rounds can lock on to units.

Honor Guard Banshee: When updated Fuel Rod rounds can lock on to units. Updated appearance. (Prophet Only)

Vampire: Can use needler turret on all unit types.

Spirit: Removed transport ability but is replaced with the ability to deploy Sniper towers and shade turrets on the battlefield. takes up 3 population.

Forerunner Changes

Forerunner Fort: Now spawn in reinforcements.

Rebel Base: Now Spawn in reinforcements.

(New) "Borrowed" Warthog: Rebel variant Warthog that spawns as reinforcements.

(New) "Borrowed" Immobile Warthog: A turret variant that can be found at lower end rebel bases.

(New) "Borrowed" Rescue Hornet: A hornet variant that spawn as reinforcements.

(New) Rogue Spartan: A Spartan that spawns as reinforcements.

Flood Changes

Flood Bases: Can now self heal and spawn reinforcements.
