As of today you can submit your top scores to the GameJolt online leader boards! See how your arcades compare to the rest of the community. All you have to do to save your scores and achievements is go to the Collect Rewards screen and log-in with GameJolt.
This concludes SMAR•CADE's 1st phase of integrating with GameJolt. This initial phase was unique because it did not require a client update.
The 2nd phase of GameJolt integration will come with the next client update. It will make things easier for GameJolt members by adding the ability to remember your GameJolt credentials and automatically update your high scores and achievements as you unlock them.
The other major feature that will be coming in the 2nd phase is the built-in ability to browse and spawn Indie games from the massive GameJolt database. This feature will make spawning FREE indie games as easy as spawning Steam games, as explained in earlier articles.
In addition to these 2 major features, there is a 3rd new feature in the works that might end up trumping them all. It's too early to give details on it, but stay tuned for yet another way to share your arcades with your friends.
