Video includes showing of basic car mechanics, pedestrian AI, and vehicle AI while also responding to entirely dynamic and randomly generated crime. The AI themselves make a decision based off start up statistics they are given when created. From there they start to select a victim and go about being a criminal. It is up to the player at this time to keep his eyes open for unfolding, and still unreported crimes.
Currently very basic prisoner transport is working, down the road you'll be able to call for a transport wagon to take them away.
After a certain duration you'll get a call from dispatch (the new thing to be implemented) and location of the victim. The victim might have a description of the offender, and you will be able to move around the map and look for him.
Take caution not to arrest the wrong person, or perform out of your realm of legal approach. Players must play as Police Officers and take care in investigation.

Yea when you are a one man team 3D modeling and animation can either consume a lot of your time, or very little. I went with very little so I can code more and add depth to make up for lack of art.

looks fun but needs multiplayer and players should be allowed to play as bad guys :)
One of my end goals is to make it a co-op player style game. After awhile I will be looking into possible game modes that will let players be the bad guys also but I'm not saying this will happen. For me, personally it is very important to be able to play with friends in a co-op manner.
