Post news Report RSS Medieval Kingdoms Status Update: New Team Members and Progress

There is a lot to update on, so strap in everyone.

Hey guys, Warman here!

For starters I wanted to say thanks for the immense support the mod has gotten so far. It's nothing short of incredible! A lot of this update is more toward the future of this mod so lets get to it.

Suffice to say the mod is growing and getting bigger and bigger. Some people were complaining that certain factions they wanted weren't in. We did state multiple times what factions were going to be in this build but in any case all the factions planned will be in the mod eventually so if your faction isn't in please don't freak out. We have a lot of factions to work on so we can only go so fast. Also the campaign mode is still planned for this mod, unfortunately I can't quite say when that will be ready nor can I give a solid date for the next update(maybe near August but it's not set in stone)

Unfortunately as time goes on and you might of noticed it already, I don't have as much time to mod as I used to. I'm going into my senior year of college soon and need to focus on that at times. I still help out where ever I can of course but I don't have time for faction previews and such. Rest assured I'm not going anywhere but I won't be as active. Thankfully Sly(the team member who's been doing custom models and did Sweden) has been recruiting other interested modders from TWC and we are currently training them and getting them up to speed!

So here's our entire team roster including these newcomers:

Team Leader:

Warman: Fine Tuning/Compiling/Campaign Work

Senior Members:

Ltd: Unit Design

Slytacular: Unit Design

Finix: 2D Art

Jan: 2D Art/Campaign Research

Newcomers:

Baron: Unit Design (Starting on the Swiss)

Culverin: Unit Design (Starting on the Italians)

Baldwin: Unit Design (Starting on the Crusaders)

Alexios: Unit Design (Starting on expanding the Kievan Rus roster)

You_Guess_Who: Naval Unit Design/ Naval Research

Now it's going to be a while to bring them up to speed but it's an expansion that will be great in the long run. I wanted to clarify where these guys are starting for the sake of context. Hopefully this growth can get stuff faster and lead to even bigger things to come!

That's all for now guys!

Regards,

Warman

There will not be. You cannot Mod attilla in this way. From what I understand, the new one, Total War Warhammer, addresses this problem...or so I heard.
