Modelling issue
Since I can not make any models...I do it easily.
I will ask around if I have permission to use some models.
On garrysmod.org for example. Sooner or later

It wouldn't affect the mod at all in my opinion, just mention them in the credits.

Yes, people will get butthurt about the use of their models in your mod. Maybe not as much as I think, but there may be a few.
But really, who cares? They uploaded them on Garrys mod, so really, it should be expected that people like you would use them in mods or maps.
Go right on ahead, just mention them in the credits :)
