This month we have been focusing on migrating current maps and other aspects of Stargate Legacy over to the new code (internally known as 'SGL2'). As we have been focusing on this, the news for this month will be quite light but it's something nonetheless. As I'm sure you've seen, we are currently looking for more talent to join our team. That can be for any of the development departments (except for PR and testing). If you wish to apply then please come along to our forums (at www.stargatelegacy.net) and post your application in the Recruitment forum.
Noodles, our resident mapper and somewhat of an agony uncle for a certain member of the team, has been working on a new and unique map called Mangrove. If you're wondering what Mangrove is then look at this Wikipedia link explaining what a Mangrove Tree is. Also Noodles has been working on a very nice Rocket Launcher model.
Unfortunately that's all for this month but do not fret, our devotion and work on this project has not, and will not, ceased to be in any way shape or form. Have a great March and see you in April. P.S. Post in the forums! They're too quiet for our liking.
Coming along with the map... the L.A.W will be a great addition to the arsenal...
Good to see you guys are pushing on through! Keep it up! ;)
Yay! Mangroves! Are you going to have scuttling mud crabs and all the little mangrove shoots sticking up out of the mud? Is the peace going to be disturbed by the frequent passage of a Citycat or BCC river ferry?
Nice lookin LAW!
