Naa keep it book friendly, if players want elves at helms deep they can come to its defense with their own elves :)

btw. I don't know where to ask, and I didn't find the question in FAQ:
I can't besiege anything... I tried w/o faction, in faction(ofc. I was in a war with a faction I wanted to attack), even cheatmenu has no siege option
