The video, demostrating the unreleased Level №25 - 'Heavy Clouds'.

Posted by on

Greetings to all Unreal fans and especially those who still keep an eye on Another Reality mod progress!
We'd like to share some more visual content with you.
"Heavy Clouds", the 25th level of the campaign is a long-playing deeply atmospheric map with a sort of gloomy and epic mood. It is designed so in order to make players feel the excitement of the forthcoming final events of the story. There are large terrains and industrial structures with underground tunnels, enemy's outposts and terryific views on the Mothership located near this area.

This video made by Unrealdoom, our project's lead developer, demonstrates the gaming process on this level (a fragment). Hope you'll enjoy watching it!

Stay in touch. Our work may be slow, but it never stops!
Also, you can see some new screenshots on the Another Reality main page.
Feel free to comment and ask anything, any feedback is appreciated!

Fantastic video.. Ah this brings back memories.. Still got the original cds somewhere as well as the gog. release. To the scenes of the video itself. The maps looked very lovely though some areas appeared very huge and most areas seemed rather empty with no enemies around.

Whether that's due to being wip or story wise I can't say but it looks fantastic none the less.. Good job stay on it guys.

Thank you for the kind words! We try to keep the original atmosphere, and there's a lore-wise story behind this mod.
We'll be on this work for sure, the project is not to be abandoned. Even more ! - we plan to release a few playable NEW levels (an industrial complex and Unreal97-style large terrain) in addition to the updated Beta-Demo.
23-down, if you want to play our Demo and the mod when it's finished, please notice that some problems may occur with the GOG-version of the game.
