The Trainstation is not 100% finished because we are currently working on new textures, effects, and extra NPC's that would fit in that area. They are currently in progress and we hope that soon it will be released for you guys to see! As well there will be small combine and human buildings outside the Train Station with the lights and citadel in front of the big window similar to Chicago style buildings with scanners and more things flying outside the window for the player to see.
NPC's are our biggest thing that we work on currently because we are improving old scripts from Half Life 2 NPC's and upgrading them with new codes and animations, so that the combine will be harder to kill than in previous games. Taking cover, team work, kicking away granade towards you and such will be the hardest part of whole project which we are still working on very hard. That is our biggest issue right now, but we are taking small steps and and we hope that we will implement everything of that kind and animating it.
Weapons in game right now are the easiest part of whole project. We are modelling the weapons and npc's and then texturing them but the part that gets tricky is coding them for weapons. Weapons are easy to do but NPC's are different story. Animating a Metro Cop taking cover behind a concrete wall and yelling for help and then coding it takes ages but better to make it slowly and perfect than quickly and bad... Am I right?
Source SDK 2013 is the newest version of the SDK and is better than the old ones due the graphic and other improvements to it. We are trying to upgrade source engine a bit, for example changing lights, upgrading effects and giving the maps new style and a new experience but the SDK 2013 is a bit tricky to learn. But don't worry, we are learning every day!
