Jessica's role within the CCS

Jessica is the youngest Lieutenant within the CCS. However, that is not to say that she is treated any differently from anyone else. Though physically she may look like an ordinary 6 year old kid, she is quite the unexpected. She is able to control nearly every aspect of her physical being. By choice, she prefers to look younger than she actually is, but that is not to say she is any less capable for it. In fact, probably more capable.

Jessica's background

Born within the walls of the Pentagon, Jessica was born on January 3rd 2060. Nobody could anticipate the possibility of Elizabeth Carter (AKA: EVA's corporeal form) would be not only capable of conceiving a child, but also being able to hide its very existence. Jessica is the first 'Naturally occurring' Bio-Electronic organism to be conceived. It is estimated that she is also part of the direct chain of command for the CCS. Evacuated within 5 minutes of birth, Jessica was removed from the Pentagon and transported to England. The CCS refuses to comment on why it acted, and why it acted so quickly to something of this nature. All that is known is that, an OX19 Transport was taken from the Pentagon air-pads and the defences were jammed at the time.

Where Jessica is now

It is believed that the main General of the CCS is responsible for her care. Jessica is one the youngest of the chain-of-command, at a rank of Lieutenant at only 5, she controls all troop movement across Europe and Asia. Though physically she may look like an ordinary 6 year old kid, she is quite the unexpected age of 18. According to public sources, she is able to control nearly every aspect of her physical being, and by choice, she prefers to look younger than she actually is, but that is not to say she is any less capable for it. In fact, probably more capable than most people her age.
