A: Unreal Engine 4.

A: That is the goal. After Contagion VR: Outbreak.

A: That is the plan, but not for early access. Likely, will be post-release.

A: Bug fixing little by little, with main support towards Contagion VR: Outbreak.

A: Strong possibility for both Contagion AND Contagion VR: Outbreak.
Q: Could someone elaborate how you intend on 1: Getting a large enough audience in the extremely small VR demographic to support development (and sustaining your studio's financial viability,) OR 2: Growing the VR market share with your product?
What exactly is your prospective provided the level of confidence you're exuding for entering a niche market? Is the VR market research fairly unreliable/limited right now?
A: Keeping costs down with a small team, maximizing our potential by supporting the 3 major VR headsets (Vive, Oculus, and Sony PS4). Also post release Outbreak we're wanting to make accessible for non-VR users, the VR only prerequisite is just temporary. Lastly this project is funded.
Q: Snap turn?
A: Yes, there will be snap turning is added and being tweaked. As long as it does not interfere with any other systems or design choices, it will stay.
