I just uploaded the game to moddb i don't no how long it takes but Killzone Source is done and set Have Fun.
this is the 64 bit Killzone Source Self extracting install file. for people with 32 bit systems dont forget to change the install path to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\Killzone Source
to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\Killzone Source.

Or you could just use an install wizard that directly reads through the registry keys to determine where Steam\SteamApps\sourcemods is.
