This is why ModDb has an approval system. Half-assed ideas with nothing to show for but a quickly drawn logo and a couple of textures, don't belong on this site, zero offense meant.
If you want to have an actual chance of releasing a modification, take time to plan the contents. Ask yourself the essential questions; "What story does my mod tell? How will that play out? Character design?" and so forth.
