Hey everybody! It has been a while since our last update, but you can rest assured we have been busy working on new content for our first release. First off, I would like to (formally) welcome [GZ-DEV]Dogbox. [GZ-DEV]Nick and [GZ-DEV]Spyker to the development team. Dogbox has taken on the position of head statics modeller, whilst Spyker is mod co-leader and head mapper. Nick has taken on the position of assets manager, PR manager and head weapons modeller. Hey everybody! It has been a while since our last update, but you can rest assured we have been busy working on new content for our first release. First off, I would like to (formally) welcome [GZ-DEV]Dogbox. [GZ-DEV]Nick and [GZ-DEV]Spyker to the development team. Dogbox has taken on the position of head statics modeller, whilst Spyker is mod co-leader and head mapper. Nick has taken on the position of assets manager, PR manager and head weapons modeller. We would also like to welcome Archimonday from No Man's Land mod, who is currently working with us to produce some great new weapon animations.

Now, onto content. As you have seen in our image posts, we have been hard at work modelling new weapons to be included ingame, including an M16A1 and a new AK-47. Both have been UVW mapped and are now just in need of texturing. Another asset which hasn't enjoyed as much attention is the AKS-74u. Initially created for Insurgent Strike Mod by [GZ-DEV]Nick, it never made it into their final build and thus has been kindly donated by the modeller. The model is a redux of the default DICE one, with geometry tweaks by [GZ-DEV]Nick and texture work by [GZ-CON]Penguingeneral. Animation work has been done by Archimonday, with tweaks by [GZ-DEV]Nick.


Next up is some mapping work by our head mapper, Spyker. Atatra is a small urban map which features a grid of streets connected by a massive network of backyards, rooftops and alleyways. Perfect for the kind of close-quarters infantry fighting in the mod, Atatra is sure to please when it comes to gameplay.
