Entropy : Zero - Uprising reached second place in ModDB's mod of the year awards! Thank you for voting and supporting!

To mark the occasion, we have prepared a few things to share with you all.

More information about Episode 2

Last time we discussed the technical details of Episode 2, those being that it runs on Entropy : Zero 2 and that it continues from the endings in which Bloody Cop did not die.
This time, we would like to share some other information about what it features:

• Episode 2 is currently planned to feature 7 chapters, with chapter length varying from around 3 to 6 maps
• Episode 2 will not be the last episode, but it will be the longest
• Episode 2 will have multiple endings
• The choices you made will carry over to Episode 3, Uprising’s final episode

Everything listed here is subject to change.

An update to Episode 1

While the team is hard at work on Uprising's second episode, we have decided to delegate some of our time to updating Episode 1. The update does not have a release date yet.

Here's what you can expect:

• Fixed bugs found by players
  We will be implementing fixes for every critical bug and will try to fix reproducible crashes.
• Improved gameplay
  We will be implementing some tweaks and additions to maps to improve player guidance and combat flow. We will also touch up Chapter 1.
• Importing saves to Episode 2
  With this update, Episode 2 will be able to import your last save from Episode 1 and change things according to that save. Episode 2 only continues from the endings in which Bloody did not die, but the amount of water you drank does matter.
  
  This does not mean that the Traitor endings are being continued, but the game will detect that your previous ending is not one from which Episode 2 continues and will provide a brief recap.
• One entirely new ending
• Remade choreography from Blixibon
  Since the last update article, Blixibon has joined our ranks to work on choreography—an aspect that was severely lacking in Episode 1. Below are some examples (SPOILERS FOR EPISODE 1 AHEAD!):

The update is being developed alongside Episode 2, but is not our priority at the moment. It will release whenever we think it is ready, which can either mean months or years. It will be released before Episode 2, however.

Uprising - Ayaklanma

Turkish players, rejoice! An ambitious translation is coming very soon…

The mod, called Entropy : Zero - Ayaklanma and led by BlackHand and X-Ray, is a full translation of Uprising with voice acting, bug fixes and some new additions such as new soundtrack pieces, map edits and models.

While the Employee8 & Filipad team did not directly work on this project, we did provide some insight and actively followed development, which is why we can attest to its quality. We are very excited to try it (even though we will probably not understand a single word) and encourage you to do the same once it is released!

A few other E:Z mods you should check out

While you are here, we would like to point out some other upcoming projects in the E:Z modding scene which you should check out!

• Contamination : Zero
  Stepping into the boots of an infestation control worker, this mod is set in England and features large amounts of Xen infestation and wildlife. The ModDB page has not been updated in a while, but the project is still going strong. Bloody Cop even appears in it!

• Isolation : Zero
  This mod is set shortly before Half-Life 2 Episode 1 and, like Uprising, takes place in City 17, only this time you step into the boots of a regular Combine soldier. Isolation : Zero also has a few Uprising crossovers planned, which we are very excited about.
