Doom 3 Evolution is a Single-Player Game-Play Conversion Mod. It is meant to be played with original Doom 3 storyline/levels.

This is it people, the Patch to 2.1 is done and out.

A few important things to go over.

The list of fixed bugs and re-designs:
- Improved the Character Sheet sub-menu. You can now access it in the PDA.
- Redesigned and added more information to parts of the Character Sheet.
- "mc_utility" has been slightly altered for better movement.
- Weapons your class is untrained with can be used but do half the base damage and have less accuracy ( the Machinegun has no full-auto and the Rocket Launcher no burst fire mode as well )
- Fixed a bug where you would remain in chaingun-fire mode ( less walk speed, no running and jumping ) in certain situations.
- Fixed Machinegun and Pistol full-auto jamming at max magazine bug. You can now reload them regardless of the ammo you have in the mag.
- Fixed random class and trait change bug.
- Fixed a bug that didn't let you get the "Mule" gene mod.
- More smaller ones, as well as some balancing issues.

To install it you will need D3ER2. Installation is very simple - you extract the "D3ER2_1" zip file (using Winzip or Winrar) in you "Doom3EvolutionRevision2" folder. Then you run the mod as usual from the bat file or ingame "Mods" menu.

Due to all the changes I've made to the scripts you'll have to start a new game from the begining. That's to say you won't be unable to play your previous saves but a) you will start from the begining of the level and b) your character class, trait/s, pp/s, and implant/s will be reset c) Your pistol will be set to level nine immediately.
