We are currently taking up donations to procure and maintain a test server devoted strictly to beta testing the next version(s) of BG2. However getting and maintaining a server requires money. Several Devs have put up starting funds, but we also welcome donations from players and others in the BG community to help keep BG going. The test server will be an open, public server where people can come and test the new version of BG using the SVN framework (see the SVN How To thread in the Betatesting forum).
