This week, we will show you the process on the character animations!

We have been working on the final art for the character, and all their different animations for every direction the player can face. Since the game is in a topdown perspective the player can face four directions (up, down, left, and right) so every animation will have four directions.

Although some of the animations of the character are still being worked on, like the harvesting and watering animations, we have the walking and the idle animations done for every direction the player can face!

Before we finish this post, we would like to show you a little bit of the UI, where you can see things like the total grapes you have or how much water is in your water container.

We still have a lot of work ahead of us, but we're glad most of the work is done and we can begin to prepare the release of the vertical slice soon!
