We know that, following a week of intense psychotherapy, the shaken nerves and disturbed dreams you developed after playing through Dead Space 2 have started to disperse -- which is why we hate to share this news with you. Visceral Games has announced that the game's two-chapter-long expansion, Severed, will be available on the North American Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Store on March 1 for 560 Microsoft Points ($6.99), and will arrive in Europe the following day. Check out a trailer after the jump to see the brand of horrors waiting for the pack's purchasers.
Sure, you could heed the advice of your thereputic advisor and pass on the add-on altogether -- but aren't you curious exactly whose and which limbs are going to get titularly dismembered? We certainly hope they don't belong to our dear, dear Dead Space Girl. You hear us, Necromorphs? Not a finger.
But it's not coming to PC...
So fail.
mate , mate , you just don't know what Skidrower
s can do pc uses WILL get that dlc
Of course not. The majority of money spent on ANY EA project is on DRM tech. They have bean-counters formulate some contrived algorithm of "Money spent on DRM" and "Money spent on the DLC content itself" vs "Money lost to DLC pirates".
On the other hand, Dead Money was finally released for PC players of Fallout: NV after a while.
They sure are paranoid about imaginary loss of sales to piracy, those wacky guys.
lol DLCs are already being pirated on Xbox 360 and PS3....so whats not to be affraid of?
Just skimmed through. There are no bosses? Shame, bosses can be huge challenges and game milestones, and greatly add to the storyline gameplay. LOL, a game without bosses is like school without final exams.
Platform exclusive DLC sucks. But as I have DS2 on 360 I got to play it and it's awesome! If a little short. Those Twitchers what with their sneaking up behind me, clawing my face in, and taking an insane amount of ammo to put down.
Dude I know I have finish it on normal now I'm playing it on Zealot Chapter 11 thats where I'm at the moment but dude still I know where they coming from but I still scream like an little girl because of the awesome epicnes the game give's you.
Dude, man, dude.
I know mate isn't it awesome !
...honestly, I can't say so.
I actually often feel like a bad *** -- I'll even yell taunts at the necromorphs. I've felt more nervousness playing Halo 2 on Legendary or playing LEGO Wolfenstein (Dead Space 2 on Hardcore is cake incomparison to fighting Robot-Hitler).
now really who cares...i thought we get sdk for it or something
****** news. Moddb user base is mostly made of PC players.
Why is this on Moddb? This website is about MODS not some dumb DLC.
Dumb DLC that isn't for the PC to boot.
"We know that, following a week of intense psychotherapy, the shaken nerves and disturbed dreams you developed after playing through Dead Space 2 have started to disperse"
