This week, player controls and animations have been greatly improved. The player can now draw their weapon at any time and fire in any direction, while moving in any direction, the animations will follow accordingly. This was however only the first step in implementing the combat prototype. There is still much work to do on weapons, projectiles and enemy AIs, something we hope to complete by the end of next week.
In other news, we are also making progress on the level design front. More about that in the next devlog.
