-Veinhole shrink rate decresed to 500 (was 1000)
-Tripod strength increased to 3000 (was 800)
-Tripod now has concrete armor (was heavy)
-ICBM missile ROT increased to 8 (was 2) now on same level like Fortress Missile Tower
-Added 21 new AI Task Forces for GDI AI (Total amount of 116)

-Lacreon renamed to Hellhound
-Hellhound changed railgun (from Zone Trooper railgun to vehicle Railgun)
-Mammoth MK.II is now armed with 4 Railguns instead of 2 (deals now more damage, higher rate of fire, more range)
-Ox Transport speed increased to 16 (was 9)
-Dropship health increased to 1000 (was 600)
-All Fortress towers (except Sonic & ION) drain -50 power
-Sonic Fortress drains now -100 power
-ION Fortress drains now -200 power
-All Fortress Tower now also have the Tech Center as prerequisite (was only Armory before)

Known issues:

-Campaign not playable
-Cabal & Forgotten AI may build sometimes Nod powerplants (engine limited and very rare)
-Ion Fortress Tower invisible buildup animation
-New side specific loading screens only work in windowed mode + required settings in SUN.ini

The changes are not complete or final, I will update the list as more changes are done. The patch will include a custom language.dll which disables critical settings to be changable (unit count, bases, short game) this should prevent people to set up wrong settings.
