Black Frontlines : Are You Ready to Jump?

After the last year of much fighting because of mysterious crashes to the point where the server never came back without intervention from support, I asked for a discount for these last 45 days of the year, when our server was offline for many more days during the year. Sadly being a regular paying customer for over a decade and all evidence of the issues mattered little and closed our account.

Our server was the first official Black Ops server in Latin America and has always been the biggest. And for almost 10 years it is the only BO in a Brazilian datacenter in addition to the fact that they blocked the purchase of any new server in Brazil for more than 7 years now.

Sabotage to get rid of the last Brazilian server and close the datacenter in SP? Another Activision retaliation? We'll never know.

Black Frontlines was the only Call of Duty mod in the Highlights of the Year at MOTY 2012 at ModDB. And is by far the most complete mod ever made to Call of Duty Black Ops.

It was there that I first created and implemented Airborne Mode as well as the first real Bots in the series, which were later ported to the original Call of Duty Frontlines. We had a lot of memorable nights with it, mostly those insane co-op ones.

Despite the end of the server, you can start a local server and even call friends to play normally.

Thanks to everyone who participated from the first online tests to the last warriors who still frequented our servers from time to time, which for many years was the most populated official BO server on the planet.

I'm sorry I didn't have a good enough machine back in the days to have recorded all of our games, but here's a playlist of some of them for those who want to catch up on their nostalgia:
