I have one major announcement to make regarding the public beta, and I'm sure it will put a smile on peoples faces. ROTR 1.0 will include fully functional Russian AI! We have been working on Russian AI since early August. The original plan was to start working on the AI in August, and finish it in time for the second release. Surprisingly, we finished working on the AI earlier than expected. Adding AI to the mod wouldn't have been possible without the hard work of theliberator and Creator. They did a great job with the Russian AI and have made the mod much more complete. I've tested it myself and I must say, within five minutes I was beaten down by the AI, and then some :ninja: .
Today, we have a new render to show to the public, the Ka-50. It was modeled by Creator and textured by ScreamingCricket.
Here are a few in-game screens for your viewing pleasure. Notice how our Ka-50 could strafe targets.
