Animator wanted news

I am currently looking for an animator that can build some animations for a weapon I am working on.
I had this weapon in mind for a long time, I might be good at mapping, but I suck at animating, I programmed this weapon about 2 years ago, but I never was able to animate it, I didn't like to do it and just couldnt do good looking animations on it, I still need this model but first I need an animator that can do it correctly, so really, ANIMATOR WANTED for this weapon.
The model is simple, it's Gordon's fists so that means its HEV arms, I need someone that can do some good looking punch animations for it, here is a picture of the model:

You can see here that I was able to make a decent idle pose, but I never got over that.
