Welcome to the first part of the DevLog series for A.I.D. Artificial Intelligence Defence!
Today, I would start from the beginning by telling you a story of the game's idea and about taking the first steps in creating it.
This fragment is from my (game's author's) private notes:
“We wanted to create a game where the story would be based on the fight between humanity and advanced artificial intelligence. Something that can happen in the future. Due to rapid and uncontrolled development of the technologies artificial intelligence will become self-aware. We wanted to tell players a story in which the artificial intelligence recognizes humanity as the greatest threat to the planet and decides to remove it”

We love the whole Terminator universe and we want to give you a game in the climate we love. But made with our soul. We're going to give you a game where you can finally play the bad guys!
Using Terminator terminology, imagine what it would be like to play Skynet…
