Base attribute needed for inventory management has been changed to strength instead of intelligence.
Adjusted map icon textures. They now look a little more vibrant.
Adjusted many map icon positions and centralised the flags.

Buffed giants, they should be able to take quite a few more arrows to the head.

Stream lined the mine menus and fixed being able to put lords here - this could end up causing clones.

Varys should keep his attire when meeting behind the Great Sept.
Added an option to disable shot distance reports.
Added separate options to change the damage dealt and received from all hero units (lords and companions) (patreon pledge feature request).

Due to the shaders in the mod it will not run with dx7.
Can i some how edit them to be compatible with dx7 or add new shaders,i like the mod but it lag on dx9 ,on dx7 it runs perfect

i have nvidia gt 8500,3.2 procesor and 6gb of ram,and it lag ,i put all on low settings .any idea what shold i do ?,and the new update will it be compatible with dx7
I understand that money may be a problem, but your video card, and likely your whole system, is over a decade old. To put into perspective, your video card was obsolete when Warband was originally released. Theres only so much anyone can do to optimize or help people play on old systems, and at this point, the only real way to fix your problems is to upgrade.
im trying to solve this problem without buying other graphic card,i dont play games ,just warband in free time so i dd like to switch it on dx7 if is any way possible ,cause i played warband(clash of kings) and worked perfect on my pc ,in return i ll give teamspeak server 100 slots who helps me ..

Hello.. i really like this mod, but little buggy quests: when john snow gives a valyrian ingot im going to weapmaster at Qohor and it costs 50.000 to make the Sword but when i pay this nothing heppans... only my money flying away.. can you fix it please? :)

Just want to say well done. I used to think this mod was garbage but you've proven yourself far more competent than the ACOK dev in half the time and I feel bad for judging AWOIAF so quickly.

I have started a new project unrelated to modding which I plan to work on. I will continue to work on AWoIaF for warband whilst there is still bugs to fix and demand for it but I would preferably like to work on my own project.
This means a mod for Bannerlord from just myself is unlikely but if some others want to create an open project where I can help and contribute that may be more of an option. We just need to see what happens when Bannerlord is released.

i cant seem to find the dawn sword, it dosent spawn in the secret chest in starfall and i dont get it from killing Edric Dayne, is it a bug or am i just looking in the wrong places?

I absolutely love this mod but I have a question regarding recruiting from villages. So when I conquer castles or towns as the leader of my own faction, the villagers recruited from those villages change from the original faction to the background faction you choose at the beginning of character selection. However, when I persuade lords to join my faction with their fiefs, the villagers remain as the way they are (which I like!). Is this a bug or is this intended to be this way? If it is intended, is there a way to disable the villagers changing factions when conquered?

I get massive message spam error whenever I start battle, it starts spamming about missing template and it just overflow the chat.
Diplomacy is rubbish, They only recognize my right to rule if I have a mutual enemy, then I they decline all my non agression and trade pacts. I cant even reach alliance or something. What's the use? I have 100 relationship on both faction and King and 10 persuasion on the emissary, so wtf?
