I don't think it fit's Stalker, More Borderlands to me.
Why did you get downvoted? Actually it's pretty accurate what you said, the layout and the ZoA symbol look kinda Borderlands style. Which is not a bad thing at all, it just doesn't fit :D

I like it a little bit, it's simple.
I do like it and it would be okay with the right game, (I'd say the style would fit a HL2 mod better), I like the menu screen before this one too but with this added I can see where the style idea is going and it doesn't fit the game.
You have some interesting ideas here... but I really do think it can be done a bit better. We live in a time where embossed / 3D menus are frowned upon. I'm talking about that lovely exit button of yours. Also why put such a thick black border around your logo? Maybe a easy shadow effect would work much better... :)
Although I have to say, the layout idea is good. It's fresh. Keeps the focus on the game and not the menu. So that's cool.
