Description
The name string will undergo changes along with a more detailed description.
The name "Battery" is now being used for a different artifact, of which both battery and capacitor are forms of.
Capacitor corresponds to an uncharged variation of this artifact, it is assumed to be the decayed form of Battery.
Battery corresponds to the charged state of the same artifact, obtainable via transmutation or natural spawn.
Will there be any artefacts left with just positive values or are they all going to be changed to have negative values?
There are a few new ones like that. The thing is with ones that only have positive/very few negative attributes is that the positives aren't as strong as ones with strong positive/negative offsets, and they are also going to be pretty rare.
So yes, there are a few of those that will be in the game, but they won't be easy to come by, and most of them have rather tame positive qualities, though there are a couple that are very good.
