If you are taking any suggestions mine would be to make it so when the last bullet is shot it makes a "click" noise like Gears of War or something :)

already does the slide click, course with a real gun you dont hear it :) ive shot 9mm, .22, .22 mag all semi auto and you never hear the clicking of the slide you hear it slightly with the .22 9mm forget it all you feal is the recoil and your hearing dampening

Nice body armour, and the map is starting to look cool too.

It looked almost as if the helmet hitbox didn't quite extend as far down as the model though; a couple of shots that looked as if they hit the lower edge of the helmet got through. The physics that allows shots to hit through the corners of walls doesn't affect armour, right? Of course I might just be mistaken as it is hard to judge so precisely.

That is most likely clientside prediction. What you see on the client is predicted from what is supposed to happen on the server. Prediction basically smoothes out the server-client ping delay so that if you for example fire a weapon at a ping of 100ms, you would still see your weapon fire instantly after your keypress, even if teh actual firing is going to happen 100ms later. That can also cause slight differences in the actual hit location. So you might actually see a helmet hit, with the associated helmet hit fx but on the server it hit the head instead.

Pretty neat features that'd have been implemented. Though it bugs me is how awkward it looks when you reload the pistol when its empty and there is a pause before the slide is released, when you see the thumb clip into the model, only after the animation returns the model to the origin before the character releases the slide.

I'm sure that its just WIP but if it's never said then it may never get through. :D

The slide release is an entirely seperate animation. I could either have the slide release be part of the reload animation, but that would conflict with my concept of more interactive weapon use. Hopefully just a minor trade-off for the awesome gun handling.

Hey,
The idea of the stuff in the video is quite good, but you presented it quite poorly.
Since you wanted to show the armor and the ragdolls, wouldn't it be a better idea to spawn seperate zombies with the AI disabled. That way the zombies would stand still and you would be able to show the features slower. As it is now it's kind of hard to see since you're hailing bullets. Just like Arkanium said, it was quite hard to see the helmet shots.
The way i see it now is like you've done the video without preparing it.
Oh, and it was a bit hard to watch the video. There seems to be a lot of pixelation even with HD on. Low resolution recording, high compression? Could you do something about that next time?
