just wait and see play a game with 8 UNSC players and you'll find out that the game will lag and crash

already did.... It lags with 8 players because my computer is really old, but it didnt crash... plus, prices are increased to 20k per Pelican, so there arent going to be many on the field at a time

wtf!? GTFO Taxi, I did have to redo the interior, re-map parts of the model, and about 4 hours of other work with that ONE unit.... AND! im sorry that right now im working ALONE on the mod, I have internet for maybe 5 hours a week, and I admit, my modeling skills arent great, but im learning and getting better... So stop trolling!

I'm not trolling I'm telling the facts models with 9K polys are to much you can increase the cost of it but that doesnt help it. You need to remember that most people doesnt even kan run CnC 3 on low settings. Also using models thar are directly extracted from a different game that is not under EA copyright law in this case Halo 3 Pelican can give you problems with Microsoft since its a direct model from the Halo game and not a model based on the Pelican I'm just saying that you need to watch out for high poly models and copyright lawment. A tip on the model to decrease the poly open the model in any 3D program and remodel it from the wireframe, most polys are from the interior and the smoothed curves

The model is not being used for commercial purposes, so it IS legal.... the act of getting it.... idk about, one of my friends gave it to me.... but, my computer cant run C&C3 on low.... but the models havent caused any game related issues at ALL.... trust me, I was surprised when it worked with out crashing, and last night, I played another game with 8 UNSC players, and they used Pelicans a lot... no problems whatsoever, ill post screenies later, I would do video... but, my computer cant record without my ZH FPS going to 1.2

just played a match with 8 UNSC players.... had about 30 of these Pelicans on screen at once... hardly any lag, and my computer is slow :D, BUT! None of the 1200+ poly units have shadows... I would record a video.. but my computer is too slow to run ZH and video stuff at the same time

Description

This is the new Pelican model, and as you can see, it is considerably more detailed than the old one (the old model was around 800 polygons, this one is around 9k). But there is no noticeable difference in game speed (the only frame rate drop I had was when I was testing the model, I had about 40 Pelicans on screen at once).
