This is a custom fork of the popular HPM mod for Victoria II. This mod asks the question, "What if the world were unified?" by giving the player control of the entire world from day 1. All pop cultures are changed to Human, and no other countries have cores. Currently in an alpha state - game becomes unplayably crashy 1-2 decades in.

The flag of The World Government. It is an extremely abstract world map; from left to right the Americas, the Atlantic Ocean, Europe and Africa, and Asia and the Indian Ocean. Sorry Australia and the Pacific Ocean, you didn't make the cut.
