This is a custom fork of the popular HPM mod for Victoria II. This mod asks the question, "What if the world were unified?" by giving the player control of the entire world from day 1. All pop cultures are changed to Human, and no other countries have cores. Currently in an alpha state - game becomes unplayably crashy 1-2 decades in.
