The 'Blindeyes' or the 'Guild of Beggars' are one of the gangs that form the Syndicate in the city of Novigrad. Originally led by Blind Leon, however by 1267 the gang came to be led by Francis Bedlam. Consisting of thieves, pickpockets, beggars and prostitutes, this gang always has an informant around every turn.
These units will be part of Novigrad's roster, recruitable from the 'Gang Hideout' building line as well as the other gangs of Novigrad.
