Modern Warfare Mod brings World in Conflict from the Cold War into the Modern Age. It also ups the ante on realism and authenticity in every role – Infantry, Armor, Support and Air, while trying our best to keep everything relatively balanced for fun and interesting gameplay.

Hi!

First of all, I should say that the 4.6 version feels very polished compared to the previous versions. Polished and beautifully done! :)
I have a few suggestions for the next versions:

1. Enemy and friendly AI: I'm gonna be specific and say exactly what I think is wrong with enemy AI right now.

1.1. Enemy Air AI tends to move helicopters too close to targets, which prevents efficient usage of guided missiles.

1.2. Only in "Auto-setup teams" mode does Russian air AI use Mi-28s. In "Advanced Mode" it'll only use Mi-24s.

1.3. There's usually insufficient AA coverage at the frontline. This issue is particularly evident in Russia's case, which has the potent Tor and the Pantsir, but doesn't use them effectively.

1.4. Armor AI simply moves all tanks in a straight line. A more tactically sound method of movement would be welcome.

1.5. The AI is relatively slow at capturing points. For example, in Reforger, if you simply take some infantry in choppers to the the CP in the right side of the map (looking from the U.S. side), you'll probably win the game, simply because the enemy AI will be very slow to respond. Some enemy reconnoisance or ballistic/cruise missiles would be welcome.

1.6. Different AI's don't cooperate. T-90s move fast towards the bridge which leads to the aforementioned CP, without any chopper or AA support, ready to be decimated by infantry in the woods.

2. Strategic vs. tactical assets: I think that currently, the ratio of strategic to tactical assets is too high. I can easily have 8 tomahawk launchers through tactical aid, but I can barely have 4 tanks as armor. I think some re-pricing is necessary to prevent the game from turning into a guided-missile-fest. Increased prices for strategic assets (S-300, PATRIOT, CM and TBM launchers) and decreased prices for infantry, tanks, and choppers (choppers might actually be fine with their current prices, but they still could use a bit of price reduction).

This issue becomes particularly frustrating when you have 4-point CPs. When you're playing as armor, you'll have to divide your forces substantially between the points to capture and fortify the CP, which makes any meaningful defence of the point impossible (the enemy will easily overrun 2 tanks if they have 4, with chopper support).

3. Pricing: I did already talk about pricing, but I think it still deserves more attention. I think IFVs cost too much, and combined with the infantry they're gonna carry, their price becomes ridiculously high, disproportionate to their usefulness and actual pricing in reality (a BMP-2 with an infantry squad costing more than a fully equipped T-90?!). Same story about transport choppers. However, this problem can be mitigated by increasing the maximum points that every player can have, e.g. to 10,000 instead of 6,000.

Alright, this is currently all I have to say. :D I know it's a long post, but I think this game is extremely potent. I've logged tens of hours in Wargame:Red Dragon, and I think this game has the potential to represent modern warfare much better than Wargame, which is somehow plagued by some poor design choices, such as the USSR in 1991 having an airforce vastly superior to the USAF, one side having the PATRIOT without the other having the S-300, etc.

Thanks for reading.

The whole Wargame line is all balanced for the sake of balance.

Yeah, Wargame's units are so biased, that the USSR actually resembles the U.S. with those 4*Kh-29 4*R-77 carrying Su-27Ms.
But its enemy AI is currently in a better state than WiCMW... in some aspects, that is. Its AI still cheats like hell, while WiC's AI is cheat-free (or so it seems to me).

This made another thing come to my mind: could the enemy AI be given more total points than the player? Somehow making up for the tactical weakness with greater numbers!

Tu-160(or at least Tu-95) model for FOAB and B-2 model for GBU-57A/B MOP

Because an Eagle and Su-25 cant drop those kind of ordnance in real life ya know.So can i suggest you change the model of them for more...authentic?after all your mod is all about as realistic as possible right?
