The best mod ever made to Rome..
I have been playing this mod after seeing it streamed on Twitch by Lionheartx10. Here are my impressions:
1. Campaign AI- very aggressive and challenging, a lot of diplomacy going on all over the map-trade deals, alliances and confederations, Ai builds strong armies with good mix of units, the ai will protect your lands, they send armies to help you out and guard your cities-I love that. There is money at the start but soon you spend it as costs are high. You cannot steam roll this AI- hard to push out of your region at first. You have to really think out your moves.
2. Battles- the battles are very tough-enemy is relentless-they flank you and retreat and attack again-never experienced this before-I do not know what they did-but is just better than I expected.
3. Units-just beautiful models and over 1500 of them-that is a lot to choose from- some of the best looking units I have seen and unique to each faction-so thumbs up.
4. UI- the UI and loading screens and unit cards are fantastic looking-very colorful and different.Eye candy.
5. Fun Factor- This is my far the most fun I have had playing Rome 2-it is difficult but in a entertaining way but unlike the micro management sloginess of mods like DEI (good mod that it is) This mod has more things going on the campaign map-unpredictable-like the Ai is human like in its moves.
So summing up this is a superior mod in all aspects of game play and I highly recommend every one try it out-Gets a solid 10 out of 10 score.
Best Total War Rome II experience. It adds tons of quality units, Overhauls buildings and almost every other aspect of the game. It is not a amateur compilation, but a massive overhaul.
It doesnt feels out of place and slow like other mods.

every Campaign is different one from another...many improvements and the AI is very smart, so every battle is a real challenge......
This mod is unique in that the campaign AI factions seem to really try to create large empires. Also I notice that playing there are many diplomatic treaties between nations that can be very cautious for that player cause it you make the mistake of going to war with one of those nations then their allies will come over an stomp on you. Very strategic playing indeed. The Ai does make armies so there can be a lot of battles and those battles will be tough! The mod is very stable and I have never had any crashes with it. The UI of the mod is beautiful as are all the unit models. All and any faction is playable for all the game including all the DLC campaigns too and the factions are all fleshed out with there own tech and cultural variations. My favorite thing about this mod is the many sub mods it has-way more that any other big mod out there. There is a sub mod for every type of playing style... you can make the game you want. A bit of a warning for new players the difficulty mods are well super difficult on higher levels so just to let you know that I get destroyed with them. The regular version of the mod is also very hard on higher difficulties so If you are new to playing this play on Normal to get the feel of it. Now everyone is going to ask how does it compare to the DEI mod. Well this is very different ...it is kind of like a Darthmod version of Rome 2- It is not a slow build your empire type of campaign like DEI (although there is a sub mod for that) more of a bloody WAR game..and it is bloody. I like the battles the best in this mod by far and the the AI seems to flank you more and keep reserve forces. So of all the mods I have used this was the most fun and engaging. An excellent mod I recommend it. Good times.
