The image is too pixelated for me to see, so are vampires even a thing in WOW? I thought we ust had the people cursed by the Blood Queen (temporarily), Darkfallen and Nethrezeim
Vampires aren't a thing in WoW, the only ones in game and in lore are the San'layn under the Blood Queen, they aren't really classified or referred to as vampires, but they do drink blood exactly like one.
There's another 'vampire' in the Eastern Plaguelands, Kirtonos the Herald. He feeds on blood and turns into a Gargoyle, he is the only actual example of what you would call a vampire in our world. The one and only, Kirtonos and we'll never know why he is the only Undead to have this tendency on drinking blood and the power to shapeshift into a Gargoyle.
I wouldn't count the vampire in Stormheim as anything more than an easter egg (His name is literally Dracula spelled backwards, just missing an 'a' at the end)
The Nathrezim on the other hand were never shown to drink blood, they do look like vampires, but like most demons, they simply feed on souls as shown by Tichondrius in WC 3.
Now, don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the mod and can't wait to play it, I just think that vampirisim should be something limited to the San'layn if they will ever make it into the mod, since there is only one example of a Human Undead in the entire world of Azeroth who had an obsession with drinking blood.
There's vampires even since the Stormheim zone in Legion. Ancient Vrykul artifacts turn an entire pirate crew into vampires.
I already mentioned them in my post, they are an easter egg to Dracula. The Vrykul Vampire leading them is called Lucard, spelled backwards it would be Dracula, just missing that one 'a' at the end: Wow.gamepedia.com
There is no lore at all behind them other than being an omage to Dracula, the San'layns on the other hand have way more story to them, being the fallen Blood Elves that fought alongside Kael'thas in Northrend, later cursed into servitude to the Scourge. Once part of the Scourge they were gifted with powerful Blood magic with which they animated gigantic flesh constructs, this however caused them to also gain an unsatiable blood thirst which made them, by definition, vampiric.
Even making Kirtonos a special character with the vampirism trait in the game would be something cool and that's that, keep it restricted to him and the San'layn, it should be something extremely unique, not nearly as widespread as the Worgen Curse (lycantrophy) which also is practically nonexistent until Arugal lets the Worgen loose in Gilneas during the Third War.
