War of Powers is a RA3 mod with a fictional background depicting the outbreak of the Cold War. WoP involves a great number of real-world units and tactics, while the mod itself also concentrates on overall balancing. The mod would definitely bring players with unique gaming experience different from what they can receive from the original RA3. The background setting is still an alternate history but much closer to the Generals Universe rather than the Red Alert Universe.

Description
Soviet Main Battle Tank armed with a 2A46M 125 mm smooth-bore cannon. This is the version with additional composite front armor with built-in ERA（explosive reactive armor）blocks.
Sorry，I know the real-life T-80U-M1 “Bars” has the “Arena” active protection system, as well as the “Shtora-1” countermeasures system. But it will not available in the game due to the balance concern.
There IS a T-80UM variant which is different to the T-80UM1 "Bars".

NO, the most advanced Soviet Tank will be the obj490 and T-80UM-2“Black Eagle”（obj640）
There are at least 2 designs that came out of the OBJ 490 project, which one are you referring to?
