In this mod the world as we know it has forever been changed, an unknown cataclysmic event caused the worlds power to go out. Violence, Disease, and Starvation have killed vast amounts of people. The Americas have been cut off from the rest of the world, Long range communications ceased to exist. Even it the darkest hours of mankind civilization emerged once again. Now it is up to you to lead your nation to industrialization, establish contact with distant continents, or fight for the last remaining resources of the old world.

So we are currently having a debate about whether or not to include certain cultures. The example I will give is;

Cultures such as Afro American should not be included separately and rather be included in one American culture, this is partly because the American culture is fairly homogenous, but more importantly that desegregated units would draw from all races. The example being if there were 700 Yankee soldier pops and 300 Afro American soldier pops you couldn’t form a unit, but if they were all the same culture you could.

Cultures such as Afro Americans should be included to give a more realistic atmosphere to the game. Of course as we all know Afro Americans make up a large minority in the USA and it is important to represent them.

We are currently looking for additional modders to assist with the work, since we've only done Britain, Ireland, & North America thus far (cause you the show actually provides information about those regions exclusively) we still have much more to do with the world, Central & South America, Asia, Australia, Africa, mainland Europe.
