One of the events that forms part of the space race event/decision chain.
Can other countries to space as well? (Not Poland tough.)
Yeah, any nation can attempt to win the space race providing they meet the correct pre-requirements.
I dont know why but that thing doesnt pop up for me and I already pressed on the event to make a moon attempt
