The Icon Project Mod is the new and biggest mod for Victoria 2, works for Heart of Darkness and may works for vanilla. This Mod focus the history and the POSSIBILITIES of all countries in the world guaranteeing at least 3 united decisions per nation. A lot of bugs and incompleted informacion has been fixed. The balance of prestige of the nations has been improved. A lot of new and historical accurate nations; playable and formable. It has a new failed stated system, a colony race in south america and mid-east and a new canal ownership system. A lot of new modiffiers and events. Some base stats has been fixed and balanced. New songs. Trust me, it is so big that the surprises never end.

How well do you think it would run on a less powerful computer?
I did try the mod in my laptop (4GB Ram, AMD A8 3.6GHz and AMD Radeon Graphics 2GB) and works fine. Not fast but not slow. If you have a better PC you will have a best experience than me.
