The Icon Project Mod is the new and biggest mod for Victoria 2, works for Heart of Darkness and may works for vanilla. This Mod focus the history and the POSSIBILITIES of all countries in the world guaranteeing at least 3 united decisions per nation. A lot of bugs and incompleted informacion has been fixed. The balance of prestige of the nations has been improved. A lot of new and historical accurate nations; playable and formable. It has a new failed stated system, a colony race in south america and mid-east and a new canal ownership system. A lot of new modiffiers and events. Some base stats has been fixed and balanced. New songs. Trust me, it is so big that the surprises never end.

No me quedan muchas recomendaciones que pensar porque es un gran mod pero aun asi,tengo una pequeña sugerencia,cambiar la bandera de argelia,ya que la que tenia era una muy distinta a la del juego,esta era conformada por 2 franjas verdes y una blanca en el medio con el sello de emir abdelkader,el cual tendria que ser un general predeterminado ya que el fue el que lucho contra los franchutes hasta su rendicion en 1848 (se le declaro uno de los lideres mas competentes del siglo XIX),espero no ser una molestia

El mejor mod sin duda, y sigue siendo el más rápido que he jugado en mi computadora defectuosa.
Bro podrias poner Eventos o decisiones relacionadas con los proyectos monarquicos de paises de Latam, como el Proyecto de Karl Lamp en peru o el proyecto de Gabriel García Moreno en ecuador .

PD: Podria aver una forma en la que una nacion priorize el comercio de bienes con su naciones titeres ? es que aveces rinde mas volverla titeres y llenarlas de industria xd
